AI agents that do the work.
End-to-End.
Nolen agents work with your systems, workflows and respect your approval flows. Securely hosted in Switzerland or the EU.
Live in days, not weeks.
Four steps from process map
to production agent
This is not a methodology deck. It is the actual sequence we run for every engagement. Your first production agent is ready in weeks, not months.
We start where the work happens
Two weeks with your operators (not IT, not a steering committee). We walk the actual process, timestamp the hand-offs, identify what's rule-based versus judgment-based, and mark the guardrails the agent must respect. Output is a process map you'd recognise, not a prompt library.
Custom integrations into your systems
We build the integrations for your CRM, ERP, mailbox, calendar, ticketing, and every other load-bearing system. We do not hand over a generic HTTP node. The integration is part of the engagement, tested against your actual data, and versioned like code. There is no pro-services tier tacked on later.
The agent learns your organisation
The agent's business context is the source of truth: your qualification thresholds, your escalation rules, your naming conventions, your tone. Every conversation adds to a persistent memory shared across the whole team. The next person to ask about a customer benefits from the context already gathered.
It runs unattended, you review outcomes
The agent responds to your triggers, such as inbound leads, scheduled cadences, or events on a CRM record. Every action is logged, and human gates sit at the steps you specified in Map. You review outcomes, not tasks. When the process changes, we adjust the agent without retraining the whole model or rewriting the entire flow.
Two engines, one delivery
Every engagement pulls from both. The Agent Library gives you a working starting point; the Integration Studio makes it fit your business.
Pre-built agents for the work you already recognise
Executive assistant, sales qualification, pipeline management, agentic reporting, agentic research, PMO agent. Eight agent families, each a proven pattern. Your engagement starts from one of these instead of a blank page. Deployment is measured in days, not quarters.

The reason n8n and LangDock end up in "pro-services" territory is that connecting to your actual ERP, CRM, or bespoke internal system is real engineering work. We do that work as part of the engagement, not as a change order. Bring us your systems; we bring the wiring.

at real companies
We're not a consultancy that added an AI practice. We build agents that run the work. It is the same work we used to do ourselves in operations, sales, and finance roles at Swiss mid-market companies.
Standard engagement runs from process mapping to a live agent in eight weeks.
Every deployment runs on Swiss infrastructure, nDSG-aligned by default. No US round-trip.
We choose between Claude, GPT, Gemini, and open-weight models so you are never locked into one provider.
A note from us
We built Nolen because every AI pilot we ran as operators ended the same way: an impressive demo, a promising quarter, then quiet decline. The model was fine. The plumbing wasn't.
The teams we worked with weren't asking for a smarter chatbot. They were asking for a colleague who shows up on Monday morning, knows the accounts, remembers the last conversation, and closes the loop without being reminded. That colleague doesn't exist in a foundation model. It exists in the wiring around it.
So Nolen is that wiring. It is Swiss-hosted, integrated into your systems, trained on your actual process, and run alongside you. We do not simply sell it to you. We build with our customers, not for them. When we hand over, you own the agent, the memory, and the operating discipline.
See if Nolen fits your operation.
We map your highest-impact workflow, wire the integrations, and deploy production-ready agents. Let's see if we're a fit.
